Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes — completely. You won't be charged anything until your 14-day trial ends. You can cancel at any point before then from your account settings and you'll never be billed.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. Before cancelling, export everything as JSON from the Settings page. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export if needed.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free on the Pro plan. Pro is $1,999/yr vs $2,388/yr if billed monthly — a saving of $389. Toggle the Monthly/Yearly switch on the pricing or checkout section to switch.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. Pro plan users can request a dedicated security review by contacting support.
Can I use TestTrackIT with my existing tools?
TestTrackIT works standalone with no integrations required. JSON export lets you pipe data into any downstream tool. Jira and GitHub integrations are on the roadmap for Q3.
